We take great care in producing and handling our products. Because of their nature, all sales are final once an order has shipped, and refunds are not available.

Our products are manufactured, packaged, and stored under strict quality control standards. For safety and regulatory reasons, products cannot be returned or reused once they have left our facility.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact support@nuviapeptides.com within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. Be sure to include your order number, photos of the issue, and a short description. After we review and verify the issue, Nuvia Peptides™ will gladly send a replacement for the affected item(s) at no additional cost. Replacements are the only resolution offered, as we do not issue refunds.

Orders may be canceled before they ship. If you need to request a cancellation, please reach out to support@nuviapeptides.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled or refunded.

We kindly ask customers to double-check shipping details, billing information, and product selections before completing checkout. Nuvia Peptides™ cannot be responsible for delivery issues or incorrect orders caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided at checkout.

If a package is delayed, lost, or held by a shipping carrier or customs authority, we are happy to assist with tracking or carrier inquiries when possible. However, since these situations are outside of our control, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements once the order has been handed over to the carrier.

Returns are not accepted without prior written approval. Any unauthorized returns will be refused and disposed of without credit.
